Start with possibility
Look beyond today’s systems and ways of working. Explore what your organisation could become, what customers and people could experience differently and where meaningful value could be created.
- Which requests could be resolved without waiting for a person, and which need one?
- What would a different service model cost to run, and who would run it?
- Where does your price reflect cost that customers do not value?
- Which parts of the offer could change, and which define you?
- Replace like for like, or redesign the work first?
- What exposure exists while the change happens?
- Which knowledge exists only in people’s heads?
- Which roles need to be designed differently, not just refilled?

Make choices explicit
Define the outcomes that matter, the work that needs to change and the human, AI and technology capability that could support it. Test assumptions, identify constraints and prioritise opportunities deliberately.
Business model
How you make money, and what that depends on.
Customer value
What customers need, value and are starting to expect.
Operating model
How work, decisions and hand-offs are organised.
Technology
What your systems make possible, and what they constrain.
Data
Whether the information you rely on is available, accurate and usable.
Risk
Exposure created by change, and by standing still.
Workforce
The roles, skills and capacity the change depends on.
Delivery capacity
How much change the organisation can realistically take on at once.
A blueprint and a roadmap
Your Transformation Blueprint brings together ambition, intended value, priorities and capability implications. The roadmap sets out a practical direction, decision points and how progress can be assessed.
- 01 · FindingWhat the review shows.
- 02 · PriorityWhat matters most, and why.
- 03 · OwnerWho is accountable for it.
- 04 · SequenceWhat happens now, next and later.
- 05 · MeasureHow you will know it is working.
Valuable as a standalone review
Use the review to make informed decisions, align stakeholders and decide what to pursue. You can act on the roadmap with your own team or chosen partners. There is no requirement to purchase another Modern Working service.
INVESTMENT
From £4,950 + VAT per fixed-scope engagement
Discovery, opportunity prioritisation, value definition, capability implications, the Blueprint and roadmap are covered within the agreed review boundaries. Participants, output format, responsibilities and fees are confirmed in your written proposal.
Implementation, software development, integrations and ongoing support are separately scoped unless expressly included. Broader discovery or extended review work is agreed and priced before delivery.
- INPUTS
- Your strategy and goals, relevant performance information, current systems and known constraints.
- PARTICIPANTS
- A sponsoring leader, the leadership team and the people who run the areas under review. Time commitments are agreed up front.
- OUTPUTS
- A Transformation Blueprint covering the ambition, intended value, priorities and capability implications, and a roadmap with decision points. The precise scope and format are agreed before the engagement begins.
- DEPENDENCIES
- Timely access to people and information. The quality of the findings depends on both.
- SEPARATELY SCOPED
- Implementation, technology selection or procurement, detailed process redesign and programme delivery.
The review provides structured analysis, shared understanding, priorities and an actionable direction. It does not include delivery, and it does not promise financial returns or implementation outcomes.
Every organisation starts from a different position. We agree the scope, outcomes and investment before any paid engagement begins. Each Modern Working service can be purchased independently.

Common questions
Yes. A Transformation Review stands on its own. There is no requirement to purchase another Modern Working service before or after it.
Your proposal sets out the review boundaries, stakeholder involvement, findings, prioritised recommendations and roadmap discussion, together with responsibilities and exclusions. Implementation is quoted separately unless explicitly agreed.
The size and complexity of your organisation, the sites and stakeholders in scope, the depth of the review, travel and any follow-up you need.
Your written proposal confirms the service, fees and any additional costs before work begins.
The review does not include software licences. Any third-party costs are confirmed in your proposal.
Book a conversation. We discuss your priorities and, if the review fits, confirm the scope, fees and any additional costs in a written proposal. An enquiry does not commit you to a purchase.
It is a blank-sheet strategic review with practical outputs: a Transformation Blueprint and a roadmap with priorities and decision points, rather than a strategy document on its own.
A sponsoring leader and the people who run the areas under review. We agree who takes part, and how much of their time is needed, before the review begins.
You own the Blueprint and the roadmap. You can act on them with your own team or chosen partners. There is no requirement to purchase another Modern Working service.
No. Many reviews start with a sense that something needs to change, without agreement on what. The review is designed to create that agreement.
What is changing around your organisation?
Tell us what you are seeing in your market, from customers or inside the organisation. We will discuss whether a review is the right next step.
